Some DJs are born into the scene. Puse Mash walked into Jersey's nightlife, didn't hear what she wanted, and decided to become the solution.

Born in South Africa, Puse Mash arrived in the Channel Islands carrying a culture that Jersey's dance floors hadn't quite felt yet. So she did what any music lover would do: picked up the decks in late 2024 and got to work.

In less than a year, what started as a personal mission has become a movement. From the sun-soaked energy of the Havre des Pas Seaside Festival 2025 to playing regularly at La Bastille Biere Atelier and other venues and events on the island, Puse Mash has been quietly, and not so quietly, bringing a new sound to the Jersey nightlife.

Her sets are high-energy and rooted in the rich, rhythmic soul of Afro House and the hypnotic pull of deep house. On the dancefloor, there's no standing still. That's not a request, it's just what happens.
